The Hellliwell Room

 

The Helliwell Room is our small hall and meeting room.  Situated to the side of the Main Hall, the Helliwell Room shares an entrance with the Blancharde Room and is accessed directly from the car park or via a pedestrian ramp from the Main Hall entrance.

The Helliwell room is a light and airy room with large windows and black out curtains.  There is a projector and screen which is ideal for meetings.

 

Capacity: 20 people in theatre style set up.

Usage:

The Helliwell Room is used for

• Small exercise classes

• Board meetings

• Craft classes

• Presentations
   

Features:

• Ceiling mounted projector and fixed screen (HDMI cable supplied)

• A kitchenette with microwave, fridge and sink, mugs and tumblers.

• 8 folding tables (approx 2'x6') 

• 20 chairs.

• Ambulant accessible toilet with baby change facilities.

• WiFi

Fees to hire the Helliwell Room                           

Monday - Friday                     £10 per hour

Saturday and Sunday             £12 per hour

​

From January 2025 the hourly fees for the Helliwell Room will be £12.00 (weekdays), £14.50 (weekends).
