Church Hall and the Helliwell Room
The Church Hall and the Helliwell Room are in regular use by groups and organisations associated with the church, as a result there is only limited availability.
Please look at the Church Hall Timetable and then contact the Parish Office on 0117 9518234 to see if we can accommodate your request.
Please read the Hall Rental Agreement before making a booking and return a signed copy to the office once a booking is made. If alcohol is to be consumed or sold at the church hall, prior notification is necessary. Please copy and complete the Consumption or Sale of Alcohol- agreement.
The Helliwell Room is smaller than the hall and can comfortably accomodate up to 20 people. It is carpeted, has a small kitchen area and a separate entrance to the hall. Please see the charges below. Please read the Helliwell Room Rental Agreement before making a booking and return a signed copy to the office once a booking is made.
WiFi is available to users of both the Main Hall and the Helliwell Room. For the password please contact the Parish Office.
Charges
For the hall:
Monday - Friday. £12 per hour up to 5pm and £15 per hour after.
Saturdays and Sundays. £15 per hour up to 5pm and £23 per hour after.
For the Helliwell Room:
Monday - Friday. £8 per hour up to 5pm and £10 per hour after.
Saturdays and Sundays. £10 per hour up to 5pm and £15 per hour after.
Cheques should be made payable to Horfield Parochial Church Council (Horfield PCC)
